Indian Head Massage

Originating in India, Indian Head Massage or "Champissage" is a 4000 year old therapy that treats a person on the physical, mental and the subtle levels by using specific massage techniques; working on the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, head, face and ears to produce a deeply relaxing experience for the whole body.

Taking 30-45 minutes, this unique massage is done while a client sits fully clothed in a low back chair.  Due to its simplicity and portability, Indian Head Massage can be done anywhere and everywhere, making relaxation and holistic wellness more accessible for everyone.

You have the option for an oil treatment at the end of your massage.

Prior to my appointment I was in significant pain with virtually no range of motion in my neck; the pain was the worst at night trying to sleep. The lack of restorative sleep increased the pain and the emotional frustration.  To be honest I was hesitant to try Indian Head Massage as other interventions on my neck had contributed to further pain; however the level of relaxation I had experienced was incredible!  Seriously the best results I've had in a long while.  I have movement in my neck again and no pain!
